Meet Kim, a Michigan native turned New Yorker by way of Georgia! This truly sums up her personality of heart, grit, and hospitality mixed with a bag full of smiles & laughter. Each chapter influenced her creative aesthetic as well as her career from telecommunication to fashion. Once landing in NYC, the “City of Dreams”, she decided to do just that, pursue her childhood dream of Interior Design. Kim received an Interior Design degree, with high honors at the Fashion Institute of Technology. The rigorous program at F.I.T required passion, commitment, complex thinking and flexible problem solving which are all very important in interior design. (Any designer will attest to that)

Kim worked many years in Project Management for multiple interior design firms. She excelled due to her love of organization, communication, and connecting with people and clients. With the addition of her impeccable eye for detail and innovation, Kim decided to utilize her experience, education, and client advocacy to establish Apex Home Interiors. A design studio that focuses on three main components: the functionality of a space, client collaborations and creativity, ensuring individualized details with awe inspiring concepts. Delivering comfortable luxury that’s obtainable to all clients no matter the budget.
